Founded by W. Glen Morrison, Inverlochy Capital has practiced its long term, disciplined value approach in the asset management business since 2003. We offer individual managed accounts to private and institutional clients.

W. Glen Morrison
Prior to forming Inverlochy Capital, W. Glen Morrison built a successful career in the financial centres of Canada and the United States as a Financial Analyst and a Fixed Income Trader. Glen progressed rapidly through positions with Salomon Brothers, Inc in New York, First Boston Canada (Toronto), and returned to New York with Credit Suisse First Boston.
In addition to his work in the financial services industry Glen has co-founded and managed businesses in the construction, retail and software industries.
Glen’s entrepreneurial acumen is demonstrated by the successful launch of three businesses and acquisition of two other organizations across a diverse range of sectors. He has served these organizations as President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Advisor. This work experience helped Glen develop the skills that enabled him to initiate accounting and reporting systems for rapidly growing businesses. Additionally, Glen’s work experience includes thorough business valuations resulting in divestitures and acquisitions, working with auditors to produce audited financial statements taking into account complex capital structures and option accounting rules.
In his role as Inverlochy Capital’s Investment Counsel and Portfolio Manager, Glen is well equipped to protect, preserve, and enhance client investments through an asset allocation strategy intended to control risk and volatility while providing the potential for long-term growth.
Glen, a Chartered Financial Analyst, is Ontario Securities Commission Licensed Investment Counsel & Portfolio Manager, SEC (Series 7, Series 63), and has completed the Canadian Securities Course with Honors. Glen earned an Honours degree in Business Administration from the University Of Western Ontario.
